Take Savannah with you wherever you go. Created with REAL leaves & REAL flowers foraged by Stella Ranae in the city of Savannah! Other botanical dyes used are local or sustainably harvested globally. The botanical matter is gathered & “printed” on various natural fibers using a thoughtful combination of pressure, heat, & time. This Slow Art – A method of contact printing is called Eco Printing/ Eco Dyeing/Botanical Printing. Silk scarf printed & dyed with botanicals. This piece of slow art has a layer of coreopsis bundled and layered over Wild grape to create a resist or shadow outline of the leaf instead of printing it. This generous oversize wrap shows the crafted natural pattern well.
