Mercer House - Art Print
Giclee print on satin card stock (unframed), signed. So much greenery and Spanish Moss packed into one little artwork! It's (probably) impossible to visit Savannah, Georgia and not be captivated by the beautiful architecture and nature, and I painted this image to capture one such scene.
One of Savannah’s most famous historic house museums is the Mercer House, on Monterey Square. The home, constructed from 1860-68, was a key setting in John Berendt’s best-selling book “Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil” in 1993. Look closely -- it's got fun factoids about the home buried in it, like a Where's Waldo for Mercer House trivia. ;)
Please note that paper prints will be rectangular. 5x7 will be a crop of the image, 8.5x11 and 11x14 will be the full image with white space and the top and bottom. Canvas prints will be square, of the full image.
