Sea Island Sails

This 12” x 8” vertical print was made from an original silk shantung batik and is printed on canvas which reflects a texture similar to the silk background of the original. The gallery-wrap presentation has ¾” white sides.
This brightly colored print was inspired by a pontoon single-sailor watercraft race which was held at Sea Island, a barrier island off the Georgia coast, south of Savannah. It depicts the fun and adventure found in the waters off our coast by residents and visitors alike.
